Location
Located between the lively towns of Cabarete and Sosua in the Dominican Republic, Grand Laguna Beach is within a secure neighborhood only 15 minutes from the Puerto Plata Airport.
Sosua is a quaint town with a bohemian flair sporting lots of out door cafes, a wide variety of foods and an active nightlife. Sosua Beach is set in a protected cove and sports many bars and restaurants, and has long been one of the favorite beaches on the north coast.
Cabarete has a beautiful wide beach where the restaurants and bars are built directly on the sand. Cabarete is host to the world kite and wind surfing championships.
The Grand Laguna Beach reflects the Colonial/Edwardian style of elegance and simplicity, containing 55 condominium units. The majority are two bedroom units of approximately 1,000 square feet. The three bedroom, two story, 1,700 square foot penthouse units contain both a balcony and a spa terrace.
All condominium units are finished with Carolina stone floors, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, the latest style bathroom sinks, glass wall shower surrounds, wood trim, solid wood doors, top of the line air-conditioning, and a balcony with an amazing view. Each unit has a professionally designed furniture package, complete for owners or gueats.
Grand Laguna Beach also features a salt water pool and Jacuzzi with a grotto waterfall, a poolside Bar & Grill, a large infinity pool, a beachfront rooftop terrace common area, a lobby, underground parking, a back-up generator, helpful and friendly staff and 24 hour security.
